About Our Founder
Nicola Dadlani, a junior at Harvard-Westlake, has always had a passion for cooking that dates back to her childhood. Ever since Nicola was young, she wanted to make an impact with food. It originally began with a food recycling program she envisioned in the 6th grade, but over the years, this passion has developed into the Bites of Hope Foundation. Apart from her culinary adventures, Nicola also finds solace in nature through hiking. With a curious mind and a determined spirit, she continues to balance her academic pursuits with spreading her love of the culinary arts and the great outdoors.
Co-President 2025-26
Jaiden Gohill, a senior at Crossroads School for Arts and Sciences, joined Bites of Hope in 2023 as a sophomore. Growing up, meals were always a sacred time for Jaiden, and he soon learned to appreciate food for more than just sustenance. From family dinners to cooking alongside his grandmother, food became a way to connect, share stories, and build community. At Bites of Hope, Jaiden channels this passion into teaching others how to cook and creating spaces where meals bring people together. His belief that sharing food is an act of care continues to shape the way he approaches service, leadership, and community.
